Booking & Payment
Advance: 50% to confirm the booking.
Balance payable at check-in.
Cancellation & Refunds
Individual bookings: Cancel ≥5 days before arrival — 100% refund of amount paid.
Cancelling within 5 days of arrival — no refund.Bulk bookings (more than 10 tents): Cancel ≥10 days before arrival — 100% refund.
Cancelling within 10 days of arrival — no refund.
